 all citizens of the town of Bukttinggi would know with SMAN1 Bukittinggi, because SMAN1Bukittinggi is a favorite in the towm of Bukittinggi. All new students definitely want to have continuing education in SMAN1.
SMAN1 Bukitinggi highly qualified and in support by aspects such professional educator, facilities and infrastructure example: study room,library, mosques, labor, extensive field, and most importantly high discipline.

SMAN1 Bukittinggi was founded on July 23,1959

History of incorporation:
SMAN1 Bukittinggi is the oldest high school in the town of Bukittinggi which was established on July 23, 1959. The school is located on the Shaikh M. Jambek Jamil street no 36 Bukittinggi,(landbouw) Pakan Kurai. Bukittinggi is pioneering international school, but in the assessment of the feasibility of a international level, the result is still far from the standard, this is probability due to the lack of facilities in the school.
In 1957, SMAN1 Bukittinggi Dublin was originally a part of the high school locate in Birogo ABC, precisely at the location of the SMAN 2 Bukittinggi today. Since 1958 the school was moved to the location Shaikh M. Jambek Jamil street no 36 Bukittinggi, a building is completely ready for to use in 1959.
SMAN 1 Bukttinggi have program in departments of Science and Social studies.
